Site Rental Information
Please contact us for payment and cancellation policies. Rental of the property includes the three days prior to wedding for storage and ceremony rehearsal as well as day of the event and the following day for pick up. Site fee includes water and electricity for your event but you coordinate the rest (which, although difficult, can pay off as you get to create a customized wedding).
Rental fee for the varies depending on the number of people you have at your event, please call us for an estimate. All amplified reception music is required to be turned off by 10pm with your event ending at 11pm (acoustic music can continue until 11pm). Our permit states that events have 150 people or fewer. We are allowed to have only five events per year, so please contact us if you are interested as those slots fill up fast! We look forward to answering any questions you have.
